Warehouse and Distribution Centre Security Management

Warehouses and distribution centres hold vast quantities of goods that pass through many hands, creating constant exposure to internal theft, collusion, false picking and organised cargo crime. This course focuses on securing the facility itself, the stock inside it and the people who move it. Delegates learn practical controls for goods flow, staff integrity and yard security across African logistics operations.

  • Assess theft and loss risks across receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
  • Design layered controls for goods flow, seals and documentation.
  • Counter internal theft and collusion through supervision and verification.
