Delegate name
The delegate's full name, exactly as it should appear on their professional development record.
Course title
The programme completed, matching the course as listed in the BMC Training catalogue.
Dates and duration
The start and end dates and the number of training days, so the record is unambiguous.
Venue
The centre where the course ran, or a note that it was delivered live online.
Contact hours
The instructional hours covered, useful for delegates who maintain a continuing professional development log.
Authorised signatures
Signed by the facilitator who delivered the programme and a BMC Training director.
Certification against a standard
The Certificate of Attendance records that a delegate completed the programme. Where certification against a specific professional standard or body is required, we confirm in writing what applies to your programme before you book, rather than implying a credential we have not agreed.
