Booking terms and conditions

Registration

A registration is confirmed once we have received your booking details and issued a confirmation. A place is held for a delegate only once it is confirmed by us in writing.

Fees and what they include

Fees are quoted per delegate and depend on the length of the course. South African venues are priced in South African rand; all other locations and live online delivery are priced in US dollars. The fee covers tuition, course materials and a certificate of completion. Travel and accommodation are not included.

Fees exclude value added tax, which is added where applicable.

Payment

We invoice your organisation once a place is confirmed. Payment is due before the course start date unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to decline admission where payment has not been received and no arrangement is in place.

Cancellations, transfers and substitutions

Cancellations and transfers must be requested in writing. Where notice is given, we will do our best to transfer your booking to another date or accommodate a substitute delegate at no additional fee. Any charge that may apply depends on how much notice is given and is confirmed with you at the time of booking.

You may send a substitute delegate in place of a registered one at any time before the course begins, at no extra cost, by letting us know their details.

Changes to a course

Occasionally we may need to change the date, venue or facilitator of a course, or postpone it. If that happens we will tell you as early as possible and offer a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund of the fee paid for that course.

Online delivery

Live online courses are delivered over video conferencing and require a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Joining details are sent before the session.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued to each delegate who completes a programme. Replacement certificates can be requested from our team.

Liability

We take care to deliver each programme to a high standard. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a course is limited to the fee paid for that course.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
