Accreditations and quality

How we assure the standard of our programmes, choose the people who deliver them, and check whether the training actually changed anything.

Accreditation

Accreditation and delegate certification requirements differ by sector, by qualification and by the body your organisation reports to. Rather than publish a general claim, we confirm in writing what applies to your specific programme before you commit to it.

If certification against a particular standard or body matters for your delegates, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing what we can and cannot provide.

How we assure quality

Facilitators who have done the work

Programmes are led by practitioners with operating experience in the field they teach, not career trainers working from a manual. Delegates test what they hear against real situations, and the facilitator has to be able to answer.

Material built for the conditions you work in

Content is written around the legislation, regulators and operating pressures that apply in your own market, from workplace safety and data protection law to governance codes and public sector procurement rules.

Measured against what changed

Every programme ends with delegates committing to specific actions in their own workplace. We follow up on those actions rather than treating a completed feedback form as the outcome.

Small enough groups to practise

Public course numbers are capped so that every delegate takes part in the exercises, role plays and case discussions rather than watching them.

Delegate records

Delegates who complete a programme receive a record of attendance confirming the course title, the dates, the duration and the content covered. Where a programme carries certification against a specific standard, that is confirmed in writing at the point of booking rather than assumed.
