Our approach
A training partner, not a course vendor. Every engagement runs the same disciplined path, from the first conversation to the change in the workplace.
Training that changes how your people work
Booking a course is easy. Making sure it changes something afterwards is the harder part, and it is the part we organise our whole method around. We start from the outcome you need rather than the course you asked for, deliver with people who have done the work, and check back on what actually changed. The five steps below apply whether you send one delegate to a public course or commission a bespoke programme for a whole department.
The method
How we work with you
- 01
Understand the need
Before anything is booked we want to know what your people must be able to do differently once the training is over. A short scoping conversation is usually enough to separate the real objective from the course title, and to decide whether a public seat, a live online session or a private in-house programme is the right fit.
- 02
Match or design the programme
Where a catalogue course already fits, we point you to it. Where it does not, we build a bespoke curriculum around your own systems, policies and case material. With 2257 programmes across 25 disciplines to draw on, most needs start from proven content rather than a blank page.
- 03
Deliver with practitioners
Programmes are led by facilitators who have operated in the field they teach, not read about it. Public numbers are capped so every delegate takes part in the exercises and case work, and the room spends its time on the situations delegates actually face.
- 04
Certify and equip
Every delegate who completes a programme receives a BMC Training certificate of completion and leaves with a personal action plan, a short list of specific things they will do differently tied to their own role.
- 05
Follow through
The value of training shows up in the workplace, not on a feedback form. We follow up on the actions delegates committed to, so the organisation can see what changed rather than only who attended.
What makes a BMC programme different
Practitioner facilitators
Every programme is led by someone with operating experience in the discipline, so delegates can test what they hear against real situations.
Written for your market
Content is grounded in the legislation, codes and operating pressures that actually apply where you work, not a generic international template.
Small groups that practise
Public course numbers are capped so delegates work through exercises and case studies rather than watching from the back of the room.
Action plans, not just notes
Each delegate leaves with specific commitments tied to their own role, which is what turns a course into a change in how work gets done.
One consistent standard
Whether public, online or in-house, the same content is delivered to the same standard, which matters most where a shared understanding is the point.
Flexible delivery
The same programme can run as a public course, live online at a lower fee, or privately for your team on dates that suit your operations.
