Single Minute Exchange of Die and Rapid Changeover

Long changeover times force African factories into large batches, high inventory, and slow response to customer orders. Single Minute Exchange of Die is a proven method for cutting setup times dramatically without buying new equipment. This course teaches teams to analyse a changeover, separate internal from external tasks, and redesign the setup so smaller, more flexible production runs become affordable.
