ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems in Practice

Most quality systems fail their internal audits on the same handful of clauses. The ISO 9001 standard is studied here as a body of knowledge, with attention to risk based thinking, documented information, process mapping and the corrective action loop that most organisations run badly.

What you will be able to do

  • Interpret the structure and intent of the ISO 9001 standard clause by clause.
  • Define the organisation's context, interested parties and quality management system scope.
  • Convert departmental activity into a documented process model with owners and measures.
  • Apply risk based thinking without producing a risk register nobody uses.
  • Design document and record control that people can follow under production pressure.
  • Run management review and corrective action so that findings are genuinely closed.
