Shopping Mall and Retail Centre Security Operations

Busy shopping centres bring together large crowds, tenant retailers, cash flows and vehicle traffic, making them attractive targets for robbery, theft and public disorder. This course prepares centre management and security teams to run safe, welcoming retail environments. Delegates learn crowd flow, tenant coordination, emergency response and control room operations tailored to African malls and retail parks.
