Security Awareness Culture and Employee Vigilance Programmes

The best cameras and guards fail when employees hold doors open, ignore strangers or never report the things they notice. This course helps security teams build a genuine security awareness culture where every employee becomes an active part of protection. Participants learn to design awareness campaigns, run engaging briefings and measure whether behaviour actually changes across African workplaces where security is too often seen as someone else's job.
