Quality Management for Packaging, Printing and Labelling Operations

Packaging, printing and labelling errors can halt production lines, trigger recalls and damage brands, yet many African converters lack structured quality control for colour, print and artwork. This course covers colour management, print defect control, artwork and proofing discipline, and label accuracy so operations deliver right first time packaging. Participants learn to build checks that protect both quality and brand integrity.

What you will be able to do

  • Establish colour standards and manage colour consistency.
  • Identify and control common print and converting defects.
  • Apply disciplined artwork approval and proofing steps.
  • Verify label content, coding and barcode accuracy.
  • Set up in line and end of run quality checks.
  • Manage customer specifications and packaging complaints.
