Occupational Health and Employee Wellness Programme Management

Build the skills needed to design and run workplace occupational health and employee wellness programmes across South African organisations, from mining and manufacturing sites to corporate offices. Participants learn to structure medical surveillance schedules, manage occupational injury and disease obligations, and develop wellness initiatives that reduce absenteeism while supporting compliance with workplace health legislation and employer duties.
