Nutrition and Dietetics Services Management

Prepare managers to run nutrition and dietetics services that support recovery and address malnutrition in African hospitals and communities. The programme covers therapeutic feeding, food service coordination, nutrition screening, community nutrition programmes and service quality. Participants use menu planning, screening tools and caseload scenarios drawn from real facilities.
