Lean Six Sigma Champion and Deployment Leadership

Many improvement programmes in African organisations stall because senior leaders sponsor belts but never learn how to select, resource and govern projects that deliver bottom line results. This course prepares executives and champions to build a deployment roadmap, choose high value projects, remove barriers for project teams and hold the programme accountable for measurable savings. The focus is on the leadership role rather than statistical tools.

What you will be able to do

  • Define the champion and sponsor roles within a Lean Six Sigma deployment.
  • Build a deployment roadmap linked to organisational strategy.
  • Select and prioritise projects using benefit and effort criteria.
  • Resource and charter projects so teams can succeed.
  • Remove organisational barriers that slow improvement work.
  • Govern the programme and track validated financial benefits.
