Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for Improvement Project Leaders

Many South African operations run improvement projects that stall once the easy wins are gone and the harder, cross departmental problems remain. This advanced programme equips project leaders to run full DMAIC projects on complex process problems, using hypothesis testing, regression, and lean tools to deliver measurable savings. Participants work on a live workplace problem throughout the course so the learning translates directly into results on the shop floor or in the office.

What you will be able to do

  • Scope a high value improvement project and build a defendable business case for it.
  • Apply the full DMAIC roadmap to a complex cross functional process problem.
  • Use hypothesis testing and regression to confirm the drivers of process variation.
  • Design and pilot process changes that lock in improvement without new capital spend.
  • Coach green belts and process owners through their own improvement work.
  • Present project results and financial benefits to management for sign off.
