IATF 16949 Quality Management for Automotive Suppliers

Automotive component makers in hubs such as the Eastern Cape and Gauteng must satisfy demanding original equipment manufacturer requirements to keep their supply contracts. This course explains the IATF 16949 automotive quality standard in plain terms and shows how it builds on ISO 9001 with core tools and customer specific requirements. Delegates learn how to prepare their processes, documentation, and teams for customer and certification audits.
