Hospital Financial Management and Costing

Give hospital and clinic managers the financial skills to run a facility within budget while protecting the quality of patient care. The programme covers departmental budgeting, unit cost analysis, tariff structures, capital planning and the financial reporting expected in both public and private South African health settings. Participants use real ward and theatre cost scenarios to price services, control spending and defend budget submissions to executives and boards.
