HIV, TB and Communicable Disease Programme Management

Strengthen the management of HIV, tuberculosis and other communicable disease programmes that dominate the African health agenda. The programme covers case finding, treatment initiation and retention, contact tracing, outbreak response and donor aligned reporting. Participants engage with programme dashboards, cascade analysis and real service delivery challenges faced by district and facility teams.
