Health Facility Planning, Commissioning and Space Design

Prepare project and facility teams to plan, design and commission new or upgraded health facilities across Africa. The programme covers needs assessment, clinical space and flow design, infection control by design, equipment planning and commissioning into live service. Participants work through real briefs, room data sheets and commissioning checklists used on health infrastructure projects.
