Cost of Quality and Continuous Improvement Metrics

Quality departments across South African organisations struggle to justify improvement spend because the true cost of scrap, rework, returns, and customer complaints is rarely calculated or reported to management. This course shows participants how to build a cost of quality model covering prevention, appraisal, and failure costs, and how to turn that data into metrics that win budget and management support for improvement projects.
