Clinical Audit and Evidence Based Practice for Health Teams

Give clinical teams the tools to measure and improve care through clinical audit and evidence based practice. The programme covers the audit cycle, setting standards, data collection, implementing change and sustaining improvement. Participants design a clinical audit relevant to their own service using realistic standards and record review methods common in African facilities.
