Chronic Disease and Non Communicable Disease Programme Management

Address the rising burden of diabetes, hypertension, cancer and other non communicable diseases across Africa through well managed chronic care programmes. Participants learn to design patient registers, structure follow up and adherence support, integrate screening into primary care and measure programme outcomes. The course uses real clinic caseloads and chronic care models suited to resource limited settings.
