Change Management for Lean and Operational Excellence Deployments

Lean and operational excellence programmes across Africa often fail on the people side rather than the technical side, as employees resist new routines and old ways quietly return. This course helps improvement leaders diagnose resistance, engage stakeholders, and build the behaviours and daily habits that make new ways of working stick. The emphasis is on the human dynamics of change during operational improvement.
