Business Process Reengineering for Back Office Operations

When back office processes in African organisations grow by accretion, they become slow, error prone, and expensive to run. Business process reengineering takes a bolder route than incremental improvement, redesigning a process from the ground up around the outcome the customer needs. This course teaches teams to challenge assumptions, redesign end to end flows, and manage the transition to radically simpler operations.
