Access Control and Biometric Systems Administration

Electronic access control and biometric readers now guard the doors of banks, mines, data facilities and corporate offices across Africa, yet poor administration often leaves systems full of ghost users and open loopholes. This course builds the practical skill to configure, audit and maintain access control so that only the right people reach the right areas. Delegates also learn to manage biometric data responsibly under privacy law.

  • Enrol, manage and revoke users across card, PIN and biometric systems.
  • Audit access records to detect tailgating, ghost users and misuse.
