A3 Thinking and Structured Improvement Reporting

Improvement efforts across African organisations often produce thick reports that few people read and fewer act on. A3 thinking condenses a whole problem solving story onto a single page and forces clear reasoning from background through to follow up. This course teaches practitioners to structure their thinking on an A3, tell a compelling improvement story, and use the page as a coaching and alignment tool.
