Writing Effective Project Status and Progress Reports

Project teams across African organisations produce weekly and monthly reports that sponsors and steering committees rely on to spot trouble early. Too often these reports hide bad news, drown readers in detail or fail to trigger the decisions needed. This course teaches teams to write honest, concise status reports that give decision makers a true picture and a clear call to action.
