Water Desalination Technologies and Process Control

Coastal municipalities, mining operations and industrial plants across South Africa are turning to desalination to secure water supply. This course explains reverse osmosis, thermal and membrane based desalination technologies, pretreatment requirements, fouling and scaling control, and the laboratory monitoring needed to keep plants running reliably and within regulatory limits.
