Laboratory Quality Management Toward ISO/IEC 17025

Builds practical understanding of the ISO/IEC 17025 management and technical requirements for testing and calibration laboratories operating in South Africa and the wider region. Delegates work through document control, impartiality, risk based thinking, method validation and reporting requirements needed to move a laboratory toward recognised competence.
