Vehicle Maintenance and Workshop Control

Vehicles come back from the workshop late, twice for the same fault, and nobody can say what the repair actually cost. Job card discipline, preventive maintenance scheduling, warranty recovery, parts control and the decision about in house workshops against external service providers.

What you will be able to do

  • Build a preventive maintenance schedule based on distance, hours and manufacturer intervals.
  • Control work through job cards from booking to quality check and release.
  • Measure workshop productivity, repeat repairs and vehicle downtime.
  • Recover warranty and goodwill claims that are commonly written off.
  • Manage parts stock, core returns and consumable usage against job cards.
  • Compare in house workshop costs against external service provider quotations.
