Fuel Management and Fleet Theft Prevention

Fuel is the largest controllable line in most fleet budgets and the easiest to steal. Reconciliation of tank dips against pump readings, fuel card controls, telematics and sensor data, siphoning and card fraud patterns, and the investigation steps that stand up in a disciplinary hearing.

What you will be able to do

  • Reconcile bulk tank dips, pump readings and vehicle fills into a single monthly picture.
  • Set fuel card rules and exception reports that surface abuse quickly.
  • Read telematics and fuel sensor data for siphoning and fill discrepancy patterns.
  • Calculate expected consumption by vehicle class and investigate variances.
  • Secure depots, bulk installations and loads against theft and hijacking risk.
  • Assemble evidence for a disciplinary hearing or criminal case without compromising it.
