Total Productive Maintenance and Autonomous Operator Care

In many African factories the wall between operators who run machines and artisans who fix them leaves small faults to grow into major breakdowns. This programme equips production and maintenance teams to work together through Total Productive Maintenance, teaching operators to clean, inspect and lubricate their own equipment while artisans focus on deeper reliability work. Participants learn to launch autonomous maintenance step by step and measure results using overall equipment effectiveness.
