Supplier Code of Conduct and Ethical Sourcing Governance

Enables organisations to hold their supply chains to consistent ethical, labour and environmental standards through a supplier code of conduct and assurance programme. Delegates learn to draft enforceable codes, assess supplier compliance, and manage remediation and offboarding of non compliant partners. The programme reflects the practical realities of diverse and informal supplier bases across African markets.
