Compliance, Ethics and Anti-Corruption

Compliance programmes fail when they exist only on paper. Building a compliance universe, embedding an ethical culture, running a credible investigation and protecting the person who speaks up are treated as practical work, drawn from South African legislation and the realities of doing business here.

What you will be able to do

  • Compile a compliance universe that captures the obligations genuinely applicable to your organisation.
  • Design a compliance risk assessment method that prioritises attention where exposure is greatest.
  • Build an ethics framework covering conduct, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality.
  • Implement whistleblowing arrangements aligned to the Protected Disclosures Act 26 of 2000.
  • Plan and conduct internal investigations that preserve evidence and respect fair process.
  • Assess third party and supply chain integrity risk before commitments are made.
