Stage Gate and Phase Review Governance for Capital Projects

Large capital spend goes wrong most often when weak projects are allowed to slip past decision points that should have stopped them. This course shows how to build and run a stage gate system, with clear entry criteria, evidence packs and go or no go decisions at each phase. Examples are drawn from African mining, utility and public infrastructure programmes where funding discipline matters most.
