Spare Parts Criticality, Standardisation and Obsolescence Management

African maintenance stores often carry too much of the wrong stock and too little of what really matters, while critical parts quietly become obsolete. This programme goes beyond basic stores control to help teams classify spares by criticality, standardise across similar assets and manage the obsolescence of parts and their suppliers. Participants learn to right size stock so that production is protected without tying up scarce cash.
