Supports the effective operation of the social and ethics committee, a statutory committee that oversees ethics, transformation, labour and social matters. Delegates learn to build the committee agenda, gather evidence across the business and report to the board and shareholders. The course reflects the mandate set out in South African company law and comparable expectations elsewhere on the continent.
