Skills Development and Workplace Training Committees in Local Government

This course prepares municipal human resource and training staff to run an effective skills development function and support the workplace training committee. Participants learn to conduct a skills audit, compile the workplace skills plan and annual training report, and coordinate learnerships and bursaries. The programme helps municipalities build internal capacity and account for their skills levy contributions.
