Shaping Organisational Culture and Shared Values

Culture is often described as the way things really get done when no one is watching, and it can either power or sabotage strategy. This course helps senior leaders deliberately shape a healthy, high performing culture rather than leaving it to chance. Participants learn to diagnose their current culture, define the values they want, and align behaviour, symbols and systems across the organisation.
