Scaled Agile Delivery for Enterprise Programmes

Running one agile team is manageable, but coordinating a dozen teams toward a shared release is where most organisations struggle. This course shows how to scale agile ways of working across large programmes, aligning multiple teams, managing dependencies and keeping executives informed. It uses transformation examples from large African enterprises that have moved from isolated pilots to organisation wide delivery.

What you will be able to do

  • Explain how scaled agile frameworks coordinate many teams toward common goals.
  • Plan and run a programme increment that aligns teams around shared objectives.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across teams before they become blockers.
  • Set up roles and cadences that keep large programmes synchronised.
  • Report programme progress and value to executives and steering bodies.
  • Diagnose common scaling problems and adjust the operating model.
