Sanctions and Export Control Compliance Management

Prepares compliance and trade teams to screen for sanctions exposure and manage export control obligations in cross border business. Participants learn to interpret sanctions lists, screen customers and counterparties, and build controls that protect the organisation from secondary exposure through banking and correspondent relationships. The course reflects the growing scrutiny of South African and African firms trading with sanctioned regions.
