Introduces owners and managers of small and medium enterprises to practical, low cost risk management practices suited to South African SMEs, covering cash flow risk, key person dependency, supplier concentration and basic compliance obligations. Focuses on simple tools that can be applied without a dedicated risk function or large compliance budget.
