South African corporates and independent power producers face a maze of financing structures, procurement rounds and grid constraints when developing wind, solar and hybrid projects. This programme unpacks project finance fundamentals, power purchase agreements, debt and equity structuring and risk allocation, giving delegates the tools to assess bankability and negotiate viable renewable energy deals in local and regional markets.
