Regulatory Investigations and Dawn Raid Readiness

When a regulator arrives unannounced or issues a formal request for information, the first hours determine whether an organisation protects its rights or worsens its position. This course prepares African businesses to respond to regulatory investigations and dawn raids by competition, tax, data protection and financial authorities. Delegates rehearse raid protocols, privilege protection and internal escalation.
