Prepares organisations to manage regulatory inspections, on site examinations and supervisory engagements professionally and calmly. Delegates learn to prepare information requests, coordinate internal responses, and manage findings and remediation to protect the relationship with the regulator. The course draws on how African supervisors conduct reviews of regulated firms and public entities.
