Recognition of Prior Learning and Trade Test Preparation

Many experienced African workers hold deep practical skill without a formal qualification to prove it. This course shows HR and development teams how to run recognition of prior learning processes and prepare candidates for trade tests, turning years of on the job experience into recognised competence. Delegates practise portfolio building and readiness assessment using real occupational examples.
