Public Sector Wage Negotiations and Bargaining Council Processes

This course prepares public sector employers and human resource teams to engage in collective bargaining and manage bargaining council processes. Participants learn to prepare mandates, negotiate wage and condition agreements and implement outcomes within budget. The programme reflects the central role that organised labour and bargaining councils play in the African public sector.
