Public Sector Monitoring and Evaluation for Government Programmes

This course develops the skills needed to monitor and evaluate government programmes and measure whether public spending delivers real outcomes for citizens. Participants design results frameworks, indicators and data collection systems and learn to run credible evaluations that inform policy and budget decisions. The programme draws on African development priorities where evidence of impact is essential for accountability and donor confidence.
