Public Sector Budgeting and Treasury Controls

Municipalities and public entities operating under the Municipal Finance Management Act and Public Finance Management Act face recurring qualified audits over cash management and budget control weaknesses. This course covers budget preparation, in year monitoring, cash flow management and the treasury controls needed to withstand Auditor General scrutiny in the public sector environment.
