Public Procurement Compliance and Bid Rigging Prevention

Trains public sector and state entity teams to run procurement that is fair, transparent and resistant to collusion and manipulation. Covers procurement law, conflict of interest, tender integrity and the warning signs of bid rigging and price fixing, drawing on African audit findings. Participants learn controls that protect both the process and the officials involved.
