Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) Compliance for National and Provincial Departments
This course equips officials in national and provincial departments and public entities to apply the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations in day to day administration. Participants examine the duties of accounting officers, delegations, expenditure controls and the classification of unauthorised, irregular and fruitless spending. The programme uses African government scenarios to build controls that survive Auditor-General review and support clean administration.
